The Role: Maintenance Trainer, Open Cut Operations (Tarrawonga, NSW)
An outstanding opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Trainer at our Tarrawonga Mine. The Maintenance Trainer plays an important role in supporting and upskilling the maintenance team, through engaging site training and record keeping.
To be successful in the role you will:
- Provide the ongoing maintenance and improvement of training related matters.
- Provide support in compiling compliance evidence as needed.
- Ensure full and accurate training records are being maintained as per compliance requirements.
- Promote a positive culture and sustain the required level of maintenance training compliance.
- Maintain the training capabilities and records for the maintenance team.
The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications, experience and qualities:
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAA40104 or TAE40110 or TAE40116).
- Experience with INX, Onsite and SharePoint desirable.
- Relevant experience and current evidence of competency operating or Move & Test capability for Caterpillar and Hitachi heavy mobile equipment.
- Proven experience in a Trainer Assessor role in open cut mining, experience in Maintenance will be highly regarded.
- High level of administration experience as well as written and oral communication skills.
